Not Sorry | Week 2: The Power of Witnesses

Oct 11, 2026  •  Grant Foster

What makes a story believable? Is it the person telling it? The evidence behind it? Or the number of people who can testify that it really happened?

Think about it: when someone you trust shares an experience, it might make you curious enough to investigate for yourself. But what happens when multiple witnesses tell the same story from different perspectives?

In Week 2 of Not Sorry, we continue building our case for faith by looking at the witnesses connected to the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus. From the disciples who walked with Him, to the hundreds who claimed to see Him alive, to historical voices outside the Bible, we discover how these testimonies add to the case for Christianity.

Who actually witnessed the events surrounding Jesus?

What can we learn from their accounts?

And how can their testimony help us explain why we believe?

Witnesses may not force someone to believe, but they can give us compelling reasons to investigate further. The more we understand their stories, their credibility, and what they testified to, the better prepared we are to share the hope we have in Jesus.

Faith isn't afraid of investigation. So, do you know the witnesses who help build your case?
