Rooted: Becoming the Church Together - Week 4
YouTube Description — Rooted Week 4 | “Caring for the Body”
This week in our Rooted: Becoming the Church series, we step into a challenging but necessary question:
What does it really look like to care for the body of Christ—on purpose?
We all know what it feels like to wake up sore for no reason. But have you ever wondered if the church can feel that way too?
If one part hurts, shouldn’t the rest of us respond?
If one part celebrates, shouldn’t we join in?
In 1 Corinthians 12 and Romans 12, we see a picture of a church designed—intentionally—to heal, support, strengthen, and serve one another.
But how do we actually live that out?
Today we wrestle with questions like:
• Are we paying attention to the aches in the body?
• Do we truly believe our gifts were meant for someone else’s healing?
• What would change if we slowed down and aligned our pace with God’s?
Through the life of Jesus in John 13, and a practical framework (P.A.C.E.), we discover how prayer, opportunity, and action shape a church that truly cares.
